Masks/Facial Coverings – We require that all staff, visitors, and patients wear a mask at all of our locations for your safety and ours. We also kindly ask that you keep your mask covering your nose and mouth at all times while at our facility, including when you are alone in the exam room.
Visitors – We ask that you arrive alone unless you require a visitor. Examples of when visitors are permitted include:
- Accompanying a minor
- Accompanying a patient with physical disability
- Accompanying a patient with cognitive disability
Appointments – Upon entering one of our facilities, you will be asked a series of questions regarding COVID-19. If you have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual, or are experiencing symptoms, we ask that you delay your appointment for at least 2 weeks or provide a COVID-19 negative test result. If you have had a COVID-19 positive test result, we require that you provide documentation of a negative test result before arriving for your appointment. Additionally, your temperature will be taken at check-in. Remember that telehealth appointments are available for those who are high-risk, exposed to COVID, and others.
Sanitation and Safety Protocols – We continue to strive to take extra precautions and remain vigilant by enhancing our safety and sanitation protocols. Our staff works continuously to clean and disinfect our facilities. Please sit with appropriate social distance in our waiting room. We have also implemented hospital-based air cleaners in every patient room and waiting area that clean the air every 8 minutes to help prevent the exposure and spread of COVID-19.
