The Orthopedic Team Behind Your Active Life.

Get answers today. Leave with a plan.

Professional athletes never wait weeks for answers — a whole team moves at once. At Sport Ortho, so do you. Same-day evaluation, on-site imaging, physical therapy, advanced non-operative care, and fellowship-trained surgeons, all in one practice, pointed at one thing: the right care, in the right place, at the right time. No referral required.

Orthopedic Urgent Care

Walk in or book same-day for bone, joint, muscle, and sports injuries. On-site imaging at every clinic means you leave knowing what’s wrong and what’s next — no referral, most insurance accepted.

Advanced Non-Operative Care

Come straight to physical therapy — no referral needed. Most orthopedic conditions get better without surgery, and our movement experts and sports medicine team treat you with therapy, targeted injections, biologics, and regenerative options like PRP.

Expert Surgical Care

When surgery is the right answer, our fellowship-trained surgeons are already part of your team — no starting over, no second referral. One plan, start to finish.

Services

Multiple Ways to Begin. One Coordinated Treatment Plan.

Start with orthopedic urgent care, advanced non-operative care, physical therapy, or schedule directly with one of our fellowship-trained surgeons. Wherever care begins, Sport Ortho coordinates the medical imaging, treatment, surgery, and physical therapy needed to carry out one personalized plan.

Your path from injury to recovery

Care can start here

Not sure? Any of them is a fine place to begin — we will work out what is wrong and where it goes next.

  1. Injury, pain, or orthopedic concern

Muscle, bone, or joint pain — new, worsening, or lingering.

  2. Start wherever makes sense

You do not have to work out which specialist you need first. We evaluate the problem and point you at the right next step.

  3. Imaging when needed

On-site X-ray, with advanced imaging arranged if your provider needs a closer look.

  4. Rapid diagnosis

A clear answer about what is wrong.

  5. Personalized treatment plan

Built around your diagnosis, your goals, and your activity.

  6. Therapy, non-surgical sports medicine, injections, or surgery when appropriate

Whichever is right for your condition — delivered inside the same practice.

  7. Recovery and return to activity

Guided follow-up until you are back to what matters to you.

Frequently asked questions

The SportOrtho Difference

What is SportOrtho?

SportOrtho is a comprehensive orthopedic practice for muscle, bone, and joint problems. Same-day orthopedic urgent care, sports medicine, physical therapy, and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons all sit in one practice, so a diagnosis and its treatment do not require starting over somewhere else.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary. You can walk into any clinic location, but scheduling in advance can help reduce your overall visit time.

Why urgent care?

Urgent care reflects immediate access. SportOrtho clinics provide a convenient option for prompt orthopedic treatment without long waits.

Will I need surgery?

Many orthopedic problems improve with physical therapy, medication, or injections, and that is often where treatment starts. When surgery is the right option, our orthopedic surgeons provide a clear, coordinated plan rather than a referral elsewhere. The goal is the right treatment for your condition — not avoiding any one of them.

I went to sports ortho Brentwood for my back first I want to say that the Doctor I saw was great, I want to say his name was Bill but i could be wrong, either way you can't go wrong with this office, I love their care and personal touch for the people in their care. Back to the doctor, he listened to me and showed that he really wanted to help me. I was in tremendous pain and couldn't hardly stand up straight, he tap in to the issue I was have and immediately gave me options of care. He was very thorough with my exam. I just want to thank him for making the drive from Kentucky to care us in Brentwood Tennessee. He then sent me to PT they have the best Therapist there. Joshua was really care and was very knowledgeable of his job. He knew just what to do to help loosen my back up before going into the next level of exercises and care. I really love their personal touch. They always listen and they are aways attentive to your need. It is clear that they love what they do and have a love for people. My back is back to normal thanks to Sports Ortho Brentwood. Thanks Guys keep up the great work. God Bless you all and may God continue to shower his blessings on you all.

I took my son to see one of the Doctors for a sports injury from football. The high schools trainer after the fact sent me paperwork she wanted filled out for him to be released. I called and got Jennifer B. on the phone. She was THE BEST! She not only had me email it directly to her, but she even had it completed and sent back to me so my son could practice the next day and still play in the game!! As a parent it meant the world. But I’m also a medical professional and she definitely leveled up with her patient care. I appreciate this practice for accommodating my family in such an efficient and caring way. Thanks again!

I’ve never experienced an easier walk-in clinic in my life. Jessica Walker, the PA, was kind, professional and thorough. I really appreciated her attention to all the details leading up to my injury. She answered all concerns and questions, truly putting me at ease. I am confident I will heal a lot quicker due to all the factors I experienced today. I’m so grateful! Thanks.

Because of playing and coaching tennis off and on throughout my life, I’ve had several injuries. I’ve been to Results, Star, Elite, and others for PT. All of those places are great, but Sport Ortho has been the best one in my experience. I tore my calf and now that I have little kids to take care of, I needed as quick a diagnosis and plan as possible. Everything was smooth and the staff here really went out of their way to get me going on my recovery. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about billing problems. I didn’t have any of those. Everything was transparent, and I think some of the frustration with that has more to do with our healthcare and insurance systems and not specially Sport Ortho. Great experience all around and highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to the Mt. Juliet clinic for physical therapy for several months, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I’ve worked with both Abby Howard and Helena Aiyad, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. They are both knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and have played a significant role in the progress I’ve made. I frequently recommend them to others because I truly feel I’m receiving excellent care during every appointment. Unfortunately, I have had a very different experience with another therapist at the clinic, Casey. During my visits, I’ve overheard comments regarding politics, patients’ weight, and gender that I felt were inappropriate for a healthcare setting. I’ve also noticed food left out on one of the treatment beds in the back of the clinic, which raised concerns about cleanliness and professionalism. In addition, he is often on the phone and does not appear to be giving his full attention to his patients. Because of these experiences, if Abby or Helena are unavailable, I choose to postpone or decline my physical therapy appointments rather than be scheduled with Casey. I have always appreciated the exceptional care I’ve received at the Mt. Juliet clinic, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. My hope is that these concerns are addressed so that every patient can have the same positive experience I’ve had with Abby and Helena.
